AdvantaPure, a division of NewAge Industries, is a USA based manufacturer that has been in business for over 55 years and specialises in ultra clean products for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, biopharmaceutical and other high purity industries.

Each length of tubing is sealed in plastic at manufacture and labelled with lot numbers to ensure full traceablity.

A low volatile grade, translucent, platinum-cured silicone tubing produced in a certified HEPA-filtered clean room,  APST has been put through extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing, and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, NSF 51, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and 3A standards.

APST imparts no taste or odour to critical systems, is very flexible and resists temperature extremes (-73.3ºC to 204.4ºC).

AdvantaPure’s Pump-Grade tubing, APSPG, is a platinum-cured silicone elastomer. It is specially formulated to withstand repeated compression and release—far outlasting standard silicone tubing.

APSPG meets USP Class VI and FDA CFR 177.2600 standards.

AdvantaFlex addresses the need for a flexible, translucent, sterilisable,    heat-sealable and weldable biopharmaceutical tubing for fluid processing.

It maintains its physical properties following gamma irradiation and autoclave sterilization processes, resists kinking, remains translucent for visible product flow and does not become gummy.

AdvantaFlex meets various ISO and USP standards, including Class VI and also European Pharmacopoeia 3.2.2.1 standard. It is also certified free of silicone oils and animal-derived ingredients.

The SPC Group operates a manufacturer accredited and validated hose shop in Melbourne. This means if required we can deliver custom hose assemblies including braided types, PTFE hose and others with a range of end fitting options in under a week, to site in New Zealand.

With custom assemblies we can also apply laser etching/pin marking to the hose collar to provide customised identification allowing traceability and compliance to your systems.

This thermoplastic rubber tubing from NewAge Industries is tough enough to withstand the compressions of a peristaltic pump and is available in FDA grade.
